Therapist / Licensed Counselor
Millcreek of Arkansas is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center for children and adolescents located in Fordyce, Arkansas. Located 70 miles south of Little Rock, we are situated on 37 acres in a cottage style setting serving 111 children ages 6 – 17. Our children come to us with a broad range of mental health disorders offering our clinical team members the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children every day.
We are currently seeking qualified mental health professionals to join our team. We offer low case loads, excellent benefits, and salaries (including starting salaries for new graduates of $40k). We also offer our clinicians:

Essential Job Functions:
· Must be a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or eligible for lisensure with supervision.
· Develop/complete biopsychosocial assessment and treatment plans for assigned patients according to policies and procedures.
· Evaluate patient progress, make changes in treatment plan and provide notes accurately and according to policies and procedures and within established timelines.
· Conduct individual therapy with assigned patients according to the Master Treatment Plan.
· Conduct group therapy with assigned patients according to the Master Treatment Plan.
· Conduct family therapy with assigned patients according to the Master Treatment Plan.
· Ensure all provisions of clinical services including established review schedules, documentation, case management and comply with governing regulations and established timelines.
· Respond in an appropriate and timely manner to family/guardian and patient's concerns.
· Participate in pre-admission/admission process by orienting patient/guardian, completing all necessary admission forms.
· Must be able to complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) program and perform all required procedures.
· Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age, culture, and population being served.
· Follow all safety policies and adheres to all worker's compensation program guidelines.
· Other duties as assigned.
